Buying Looking for a programmer to make a php + my sql script

    I am looking for a script where users can rate something on a variety of fields and enter in numerical data. I want all the data to be shown in a table where visitors can order the data from highest to lowest and vise versa. I also want there to be a page for each of the subjects of the data. On this page I also want users to be able to submit written reviews of the item.
