Looking for a programmer to do Wordpress Integration

    Some specifics:
    - Passes all w3 tests (100% no error)
    - SEO optimized
    - Tableless Coding
    - XHTML / CSS
    - Integration into wordpress
    - Page and Image Optimization to speed up loading time
    - Tested on browsers: Opera / Firefox / IE
    - Ability to hide or show the leaderboard (and the icon beside it) by setting. There is a leaderboard ad and I may or may not want it to show.
    - Ability to change the nav (if possible?). We want to keep the nav using graphic fonts.
