Looking for a programmer for a small website with a few pages.

I'm looking for a web developer to work with me to produce the code for an online website idea that I have.

I will provide the final brief to the person who I choose.

The website will probably only require very basic programming.

I will pay $50 for the entire job.

Sorry I've really not made this clear. In terms of code, I will need PHP/ASP and some sort of Database solution as well. It isn't just simple HTML, it's a dynamic website that I require.
