Looking for a programmer for a small job.

A php code someone made for me last year is no longer working. I am looking for a programmer that can look into it and fix it. It involves jpgraph.

To a php programmer it would probably only take a few minutes to fix. I am offering 15 USD by paypal. Off course if I have underestimated the problem. I will pay more to get it fixed.
