I am looking to hire a programmer to help with the development of a web site I would like to see built. I have some rough sketches of what I want and similar examples, I'm still unsure what is the best platform to use but think wordpress MU may work. (think users creating and sharing accounts etc.) The person I'm looking for will need to have a knowledge of CSS, wordpress themes, as well as implementing RSS feeds.
