I need a programmer to clone rixxy.com for me, with a few changes as show in picture below. Make sure you get the video names in the url, like on rixxy.com, go view a video and look at the URL. Also make the subscribe button put the email somewhere in the admin panel where I can send a bulk email to everyone on the list. As well as a admin panel where I can upload videos (not embedded ones, actually upload). Also edit ads options in the admin panel. Screen shot for additions here.
