    I have a script that I want to sell it.
    Looking for a program to encrypt the script.
    Just work on domains names.

    It depend on what kind of script you were using and what kind of encription do you wish to accomplish. Be it PHP, Java or whatever it is. Last time I checked, there are multiple PHP/Script encryption software in the web. Some of them works by obfuscated code while the others fully encrypt it by implementing 'loaders' into Web Server.
    I could write the name of program along with the company or individual that actively manage it but I think it would be better if you search it directly in Search Engine with keyword "script encrypter".
    We could discuss more about this after you try one or some of them. In meanwhile, I think other while share their experience.

    Actually there are wide choice of free software to obfuscate PHP Code.
    1. One of them is PHP Protect which is available in phpprotect.info. The site also offer online service to obfuscate code for free.
    2. fopo.com.ar also offer free online service to obfuscate code (partial encryption too)
    3. pipsomania.com/best_php_obfuscator.do offer similar feature.
    Paid software offer more features (obfuscate and encoding,etc) but free programs above are more than enough to obfuscate PHP code.

    In my own personal experience of creating and selling scripts, encryption is a waste of time and puts off a lot of buyers due to not knowing what the hidden code is.
    Most PHP obfuscating techniques are easily bypassed and not worth the effort, If someone wants to steal your scripts badly enough, they will whatever you do, It's one of the reasons I don't code anymore.

    A good advice. I think OP would find the fact about it soon or later after doing it.
    +1 for telling us if obfuscated codes is not good choice for buyer. Using obfuscated code (especially from unknown vendor) is not good idea as it may have hidden (malicious) codes in it.

    Right... The best selling script even don't have encryption.
    I personally never buy scripts that has encrypted code.
    at the end it depend on requirement.
