That depends. For me, the designs are uniques and the coding reflects the design. I charge them 50%-50%.
My budget is $100. I want a template for my personal blog www.ilogak.com. I want the template to be something cool and for 17yrs old boy with grunge and sexy. If you see the current template you can get the info what I want but I want another template as this one is a free. Lemme know if anyone can make something like that.
