    Hi,

ONLY FOR SERIOUS PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT TO DO !!

I have a website that is already at a good position of 24 for a niche keyword. I have been working on it for quite some time. But due to lack of time, i am looking for some hardworking and very professional person who can look after the SEO part of the website. I know its not a lot of work as there are very less people on competition for the keyword i am after.

Please give me your offers with what you have in mind to bring to #1 position in google SERPs.

PM me for the website if you want to check on it.

    I don't need your budget.
I can't start anything for you that is going to do you any good for less than $1000.
It's going to take a commitment from you, a reasonable budget, and dedication to insure that the content of your site will retain what ever position I can get for you through time.

PR 3 is a good start if you have nothing. Anything over that and you will need continuous maintenance and a monthly budget for the life of your site. Advanced SEO.

What is the status of the site now?
Does it have any PR at the moment?
Have you built any back links?
How long has the site been online?
How much content do you have/ How many pages are indexed?
What is the niche' or Search Term you want to be ranked for?
How much can you commit financially to the success of your site?

If you are looking for cheap, you will get cheap, if you are looking for results, there are many professionals that can get you there, but you have to be committed also.

Click sig, and give me a call, or send me a PM.

I am not sure if anyone can guarantee you a 1st position rank even for a relatively uncompetitive keyword, though that should not be too difficult.

I agree with you, nobody can guarantee that. Everybody who gives you promisses like that, is not a honest business partner.

There are a few things that you can do for yourself, before you spend any money.
You don't really have the budget for a professional service yet, but you may be able to get there if you take a little action.

You need more links, and if you don't have the time to search out quality reciprocals, I would suggest a link management application, like , Linking Network. It is easy to use, and it will help you establish related incoming links.

Also you should expand on your pages of content. If that means establishing a blog, where you post new information everyday, or adding to your site, you definitely need more content. Your site is viewed by measure of importance by how much related original content it has.. the amount of sites that link to you, and believe it or not, how long your domains is registered till.

Lastly, read a few online blogs, about properly structuring your meta tags. The relevance isn't as important as links, but it is important. You will find that repetitive terms actually hurt you more than help you.

At PR 2 with a minimal budget, you won't really see anything better than a PR 3, which you can do for yourself.
Once you start to do some of your own things that are easy to understand and perform, you should be able to get a PR 3, and at that point you may have a better feel for the process and a better budget to hire someone to take you to PR 4, 5 and beyond.

Be careful of any "Black Hat" techniques, or anything that is too good to be true. I will tell you right now, anyone that promises you #1, on the budget that you have available right now, is not using stable applications, or are just plain going to rip you off.
Try to stay on the straight and narrow and use stable techniques. In other words no tricks, you will be very happy you did in the long run.
Hope this helps a little. Good Luck!

PM me some more info if you would like, i might take on another client.

Just 1 example i'm Page 1 for the 41.7 Million result term "Establishes".

I was #3 behind 2 Whitehouse.gov pages within 10 days of bringing the site online beating Wikipedia, ICANN, Energy.gov, IRS.gov, ED.gov and many others. The work i done was minimal, and i havn't touched the site in weeks as i'm going to sell it.

Your budget isn't big, but i like doing this for the challenge and it shouldnt require too much if your in a fairly non-competative niche.

I was around doing SEO and experienced the first ever Pagerank update, been a regular on SEOchat since early 2003.. So i'm not one of these "1 month SEO experts"

He didn't need much doing, his onpage was excellent and he had completed the basics like directory submissions etc.

I generated him comprehensive reports of his site, links, competitors and comparison between his site on the top 10 in all factors and and other various reports.

Gave him offsite advice on what to do to acheive the results he wants, a few onsite tips like sorting Canonical URL's etc.

    Price = $0

Granted the work and Skype consultation i done would of blown his budget out of the water if he was using another service, but there are some SEO/Webmaster's willing to help a fellow webmaster out.

Life isn't just about how much money can can extract from someone.

Note: Please don't PM me for free SEO, i do this randomly for people when i have a bit of spare time.
