Looking for a professional soccer website to be created

Hello all,

I am on the lookout for someone to design me a very well built and professional website. I am looking for a soccer website to be created which is similar to http://www.goal.com and http://www.eatsleepfootball.com/ I will need the site designed possibly.

The site must have a very easy news feature built in, so news can easily be inputted. I also like a few other options such as poll for example.

Which part of the world is the soceer site going to focus on ? I mean some regional concept or would it the world forum !
