Looking for a PROFESSIONAL PSD to WordPress coder

*Note: I am not the one looking for a coder, my friend is, so do NOT add me on MSN*

Requirements:

• Job must be done within less than 72 hours
• The code must be XHTML/CSS valid.
• It must be tableless.
• It must be optimized such that the loading speed is minimized.
• It must be SEO-friendly; content must be as near as possible to the "top" of the code. (I hope you get me...)

I would recommend Rochow (so would a lot of other DP members), I always use him because his coding is always of high quality and delivered on time.

WordPress is my specialty; I can do anything with that from custom themes to turning it into a CMS.
