Looking for a Pragrammer to work on my site www.videosparks.com

    I am looking for somebody who cna work on my site www.videosparks.com for making some small codings like
    Allow all file types to be loaded,
    Create thumpnails of all videos,
    Create Forums & Groups etc.

    If, I like the work, I have many sites, where I will take the help from the Contracted guy.
