Buying Looking for a PHPLD header image

    Hello All,

    I am looking to hire a web designer to create a new header image for proxydirectory dot com. I'm not sure of the dimensions but I think it is 990x99. I am looking to pay around the $30 mark but I have room to negotiate on the price for an outstanding piece of work.

    What type of headers do you like? web20? corporate?

    Yeah that CSS confuses me sometimes :)

    I'd prefer something "light" really, just a simple, clean and basic look that will fit well in the current design.
