Looking for a PHPBB Styler

    I need someone to help me with a quick fix on a PHPBB that needs to be integrated into a layout and a couple of styling and design changes need to be implemented as well.

    Requirements:
    • Good CSS knowledge
    • Good PHPBB styling knowledge
    • Good XHTML knowledge
    • Is over 18
    • Must have an MSN or Skype account
    • Must accept paypal payments
