Looking for a PHP scripter for text based game

I setup and start a text based game.

But before i officially open, i would like to change several thing from the php script (i brought the script from other website).

Is a paid job, but not too much on budget.

The job scoop of mafia politic is :
Item manager with image upload option.
Houses manager with image upload option.
Remove the School.
Remove IQ from player stat.
Change all the "Will" to "Point"
Edit the donate page item set and change the paypal to other bank services i provide.
Able to change the graphic works i provide.

I might miss something, so maybe i can pay hourly for extra works.
