Looking for a PHP programmer

I am looking for a programmer that can do an easy job. I hired a team to program the script for me but the programmer of that team left and now there are some bugs left.
What I need done for now is:

1. The username when you login is CaSe SeNsItTiVe(so i want to change that)
2. The pages are not numbered( the code for it is there but all there is to do is some .htaccess stuff)
3. The script doesnt warn the user when there is a new PM, so a number beside it would be good enough
4. When user1 ads user2 as a friend, user2 is not informed. So I need user2 to be informed through a PM or a popup some how
5. There is a Hot-or-Not sort of battle thing, but when you select a song it wont play when its on the battles page

Thats all there is for now, the script was developed on the phpCake framework http://cakephp.org/
there are modules and controllers for everything.
Now lets get to the choosing part:

• You MUST have hight iTrader and a pro. PHP programmer
• You MUST have experience with PHP and framework and modules
• I dont want some to learn and practice on my script. You must have good experience with PHP
