Buying Looking for a PHP programmer - Simple PHP work

    Hello everyone,
    I'm looking for someone to fix up this issue for me.

    I want the last record (40 in the above image, which is taken from a mysql db) to be taken and then minus it from another variable and then it should be echoed in the page.

    Let me know if someone can do that for, with the price and time as well. No newbies please and once accepted then don't say that you have work right now to do and you will look at it later :p.

    I can send the php file to fix it up for me.

    Btw, both tables have a unique identifier that ties them together somehow?
