Please read the requirements very carefully, I would like to stress out that this is definitely not for everyone. My company is looking for a programmer on a full-time or part-time basis, optionally, and if its a company we might be able to work on a project basis. I am opening the applications to companies as well this time, but we are preferably looking for freelancers. We are a company that has been working with outsourcing team for many years now, and have gathered a team of people that have grown together with us over the years, which means that we are looking for people to establish a long term relationship with. Requirements: Must be over 22 years old At least 4 years of experience Fluent English Excellent PHP knowledge Reasonable HTML and CSS knowledge Good Ajax and DHTML Knowledge Reasonable Javascript knowledge Preferably must have references from old employers Must provide a phone number Must be online 8 hours per day 6 days a week. (gtalk only) Must be accountable, responsible for all the work he develops Will be required to provide daily reports. Must accept paypal payments When we issue a payment we will require a passport or ID number. (1 month of paid trial) What we are NOT looking for * People who do not comply with ALL of the requirements. This is a long term deal, sooner or later we will find out if the requirements are all met or not. * Programmers with false expectations of salary - we have a standard salary offer in during the first year that is non-negotiable. Outsourcing must always offer a better cost effective solution then in-house, otherwise every company would chose to hire an internal developer over an external one.
