Buying Looking for a PHP, HTML/CSS coder for a complicated URL shortener project

    Hello,

    So after being cheated by not 1 but 2 different programmers from DP, I am looking to finally have someone complete this project. I am hoping that the third times a charm.

    Please PM me if you are experienced in coding, and have a portfolio of script/sites you have coded. I am more interested in previous development than design, etc..

    I am looking to pay $50-70 for the script, and since I have now been cheated twice and taken a loss on both, I would like to set up payment landmarks as I see the script coming along.

    You will need to build a script, WP plugin, and integrate it all with a design.

    Only about the WP Plugin you have to give me more information because I don't exactly understand what you need there
