I will be requiring that you edit the plugin, "WP Events Calendar" and integrate it with paypal. The plugin should have a number of seats available for an event and the price, this event will be displayed in the homepage within the WP Event Calendar plugin. User will fill up form and send payment to paypal and event must show as sold out once all seats have been sold. I will also need you to add a photo gallery (nextGen) that will display events on the home page. Please do not bid if this is your first wordpress assignment as I will block you.
