Looking for a php coder

    Well I just made a new design for my website and I need someone to take the design and code it into my website. So that it has the same functionallity but just with a different design. If you could you can also tell me things I can improve for the design.
    Max budget is $100.00 but can be changed if needed.- Remember I already have the design. I just need you to code it in and take the old design out.
