Hi i am looking for a PHP codder to make me a CMS theme , skin ,also some goodies to go with it like shoutbox , flash nav , ect

best if you can share you budget... some work for < $10 per hour, some $100 per hour...

 

My buget depeneds on what or how good you are at doing what i ask i know a few people that can do this for about $100 to $300 and thats not per hour.
