Buying Looking for a photoshop guy for a lot of small projects

    I need to find someone that is good with photoshop that can make changes to headers on different sites. To give you an example I have attached three different files that we change regularly. I need to hire someone that can make these changes to the header. So if the site is about a ford car you need to be able to put a ford car in the header. I need a price per header and we will have about 10 to 20 of these jobs per week. The guy that was doing it said it took him about 5 to 10 mins per header so base your price on that. I will want to see one sample (will pay $5 per it if it is usable). Looking for someone long term.
