Buying Looking for a Photoshop expert to create a PS Action

    Hello everyone!

    I'm looking for an experienced and talented Photoshop expert that knows how to create professional and advanced Photoshop actions. I need to create an action that blends an overlay texture with any photo, I need it to have an adjustment layer mask to control opacity, I'm attaching a sample of what I want here....

    If you know how to create professional actions please let me know... there may be a lot of work for you.
