looking for a photo host / sharing script

    hi all,

    i have my own go daddy host so just after a script. I need it to do the following:
    1. user joins and can have custom fields, name, age, area, Facebook ect
    2. when posting pics, can be checked before live
    3. a report photo if breaks rules
    4. watermarks on photos of site
    5. main page would show last x photos
