Looking for a photo gallery with tagging feature

Is there a photo gallery that would allow a user to upload photos and then tag each photo into multiple categories? For example, let's say I upload a photo of a female bikini model. I'd like to include the tags or categories of 'model' and 'bikini' with that photo.

A prospective client needs to upload alot of photos on a weekly basis and needs the ability to tag these photos into alot of different categories and I'm looking for a photo gallery program that would allow for this

Any recommendations?

Gallery didn't seem to support the tagging function well at all.

Dolphin? You cant facebook tag photos in that? Can you???
