Looking for a Person to Submit a Site - Preferably in Asia

    This isn't really related to SEO, but I've two projects:

    - Submit a client's adult site to a list of links (about 29 links that I will give you).
    - Submit links to a general site (I've got the list of links).

    Preferably someone based in Asia, as I'm based in Asia too and helps with the time difference.

    ** Note: Not looking for someone to submit to an SEO package **
