Let me get this right, So you want someone else to give you ideas for a service, then possibly have a rev split? In most cases their is a partner that does the work (In your case it looks like you), and one that does the funding. The one that does the funding is your JV/CV provider and thus they don't cook up ideas for you, but give you the seed money you need, and will get a percentage of the revenue. Most seeds wont hand over the cash to get any project off the ground unless you have a nice plan laid out that looks like its going to get their money back, and then some more. That noted, as a CV if someone wanted me to pump them with ideas, I would tell them forget it, as I would already have the money to seed my own projects and thus hire everyone to do the work.
