Looking for a partner

    Hello, I have the domain FMAfans.com and I have a design for the site. I am basically looking for a coder for a partner, I want to start the site up, we'll provide direct downloads, online streaming etc. I have the server, domain, design for the site and I can advertise it pretty good. I need someone to basically code it up. However since I am low on funds, I cannot provide payment upfront, however I can do a 50/50 split of advertising funds/donating funds.     I am interested....i have more than 4 yrs of exp. in PHP, MYSQL, JAVASCRIPT HTML, CSS....please share some more informations and whats the budget for this site?
