Looking for a partner with dedicated server

I am looking for some one to host the free image hosting website i own.
In reward we will share 50%-50% with adsense.

The website have a good looking interface, and soon i will have a revenue adsense sharing project.
The website had PR2 also and google index, but home page is temp removed from google since the site not working atm.
i had around 1k after 3 weeks.

I used bluehost.com to host it, but it was impossible since it's a sharing servers.
