Looking for a Partner (Major project)

    I basically need someone to build (design, code, etc.) the site for me. So HTML, PHP, etc. is needed. This will be a partnership and I can say with great confidence my idea is unique and hasn't been done (I've searched all over Google). I need to see work you've done before and must have a high itrader number and be an active member of these forums. PM me if you're interested.
