Not sure if this is the appropriate section to post in. I launched a new forum 2 days ago, it's running vBulletin. The forum is aimed to girls between age 15-35. It's a girls only forum, address is girlsonlyforum . com Site is receiving 500 uniques / day, but it's not that targetted, traffic is coming from myspace and myspace sites I'm looking for someone to help me in marketing / bringing traffic to the forum. If you would like to become partner in the forum, we can split future revenue 50/50. Thanks
Hi, I think that the site has possible potential to grow big. When you say split the future revenue, what revenue are you taking about? What future plans do you have?
Well, once the forum is running ok we could add something like this forum has, an adsense link unit in between the posts. Obviously there is no revenue yet. I'm considering to add a content site with the forum as well, much like girlspace . com has. I'll make the design attractive and add lots of content. So that content site should bring traffic to the forum.
If you can come up with something to run along side the forum that is a little different from the norm then it will be better to market. I will have a think over the weekend and talk to my daughter to provide some insperation and see what I can come up with.
What is your pre-qualification to select your partners in running this forum? How any partner are you looking at? Also, what is the expectation you need from the partner?
So..is adsense the only money maker for the site. I'm asking this because working with and watching several forums...adsense really doesn't work much with forums.
