Hey guys. I'm looking for an SEO tool to help me manage a large network of sites (400+)

Here's what I'd like to know:

Last update (the sites will be in Wordpress, so it could use the last post date on the page or RSS)
    PR
    Alexa
    Total Pages / Indexed Pages
    Backlinks

I know where to find out all of this info, but is there any one tool (online or download) that would let me view ALL of this in one view?

With that many sites, whatever tool you might find would not be able to do real time repoting. It would trigger a blocked IP by Google.

However Aaron Walls FREE Firefox Plugin gives you all this:

    #1 | PR: 4 | Google Cache Date: ? | Traffic Value: ? | Age: ? | del.icio.us: ? | del.icio.us Page Bookmarks: ? | Diggs: ? | Digg's Popular Stories: ? | Stumbleupon: ? | Twitter: ? | Y! Links: ? | Y! .edu Links: ? | Y! .gov Links: ? | Y! Page Links: ? | Y! .edu Page Links: ? | Technorati: ? | Alexa: ? | Compete.com Rank: ? | Compete.com Uniques: ? | Trends | Cached: ? | dmoz: ? | Bloglines: ? | Page blog links: ? | dir.yahoo.com: ? | Botw: ? | Business | Whois | Sktool | Yahoo position: ? | Majestic SEO linkdomain: ?

but just one site at a time if you search for or bookmark them.

Yes, both of these would work. I currently use Search Status - I find it less obtrusive than SeoQuake. However, they would both require visit every site. I'd rather have everything automated. Not possible?

Does anyone have experience writing code for this sort of thing?

I think there is a seomoz product that can do this in bulk, check out their website. Otherwise try Advance Web Ranking software or similar
