Looking for a new wordpress header design

    Hello I'm looking to hire someone to create me a new wordpress header. My blog is facebook-likes.net But I need the header to be nicely designed and saying click here to buy your facebook likes. And I also need the the header to be redirected to another website. I want it to catch the users attention and look great
