Did you checked 1and1? They don't have great reputation when it comes to support but I think, you can get one in your budget there.

well if your going to pay lower, then i presume you won't find a better deal bud. Price shouldn't be the most important, i would think reliability.
I already found the deal what I've posted on first page. I can't pay for 3months, but I guarantee that I'll be along term user. 512 ram needs to be guarantee, I don't care to much about the space, the bandwith can be limited to 300gb.
