Looking For A New Designer - Hopefully Long Term Relationship

sup all. Ok so I'm looking for a new designer. Most sites I do are in wordpress so you must have a lot o experience with it. I mean at least 10-20 custom themes under your belt.
I'm creating a new site where I will be doing my business under so right off the bat I want to get this designed as a wordpress theme. I have some great ideas.
