looking for a new design for my website homepage

    the site is www.ganglandmafia.com
    i want something to replace the homepage picture which is 769px × 193px
    and also a banner for advertising
    obviously it still has to fit around the game but can be anything as long as it looks more professional ,i am lost on ideas for it and far too busy :)


    willing to pay around $25 or more if it is really good :)

    looking for something a bit better,i dont mind paying more for something i like preferably something with more of a mafia theme to it pics would be better :)

    dont look to bad but i dont want anything that would conflict with other sites ie themafiaboss etc

    dont really want to use the pic i have now,looking for something fresh
