    Looks like you don't want an fancynation, You want white bg itself? with a decent top nav and a wide sidebar? Is that all?


    If it is so, then it isn't worth spending huge amounts. Search the web a bit, you'll get such themes for free. Just tweak 'em a bit.

    Well you are correct. However, i want more web 2.0 integration, meaning I want the retweet button and share on facebook button at the top of every post. The problem is that i'm not too good with CSS, I can do some minor tweaks myself but nothing major.

    Adding buttons isnt anything major, Trust me. You can just add it to header file or sidebar to make it appear on all pages.
