    why not u sell space on monthly basis ?
    its working real great for me
    i have 52+ sponsors in 8 months but not much space :)

    no adsense on my site, which attracts users that they will get real thing not stupid ADS

    Google & Bing ad network is enough to gain ROI...if u not satisfied better search others is good way :)

    if you are looking family friendly ads I would say signup with only big companies who can really filter and give you ads you want most other ad companies I have seen mixed ads and a lot of time adult banners as well

    Try for adsense is best you can find to get ads you want

    Go for Valueclickmedia they are quite good with eCPM rates depending on the Geographical location of your traffic.
