Looking for a Merchant Account alternative to Stripe? Here it is!

There is no one-size-fits-all solution when choosing a payment processor.

For the most part, early entrepreneurs go towards Stripe, PayPal or Braintree.
However, they’re not the most flexible and the chances of your account getting blocked in the middle of a high-converting ad funnel is a terrifying thought.

On the other hand, Shopify Payments and PayPal setting high reserve on funds for most dropshipping businesses, either 35% Rolling Reserve over 180 days – call that a major setback.

Stripe does not support merchants with bank accounts opened in other countries than the country the company is registered in and currently supports only 34 countries.

Braintree - small chance of on-boarding. They only accept merchants that have processed before and had a minimum of at least 100k volume/month.

You might think that for the time being, you can choose any of them, as the commission structure is quite similar between.

PayPal charges 4.4% for transactions where the funds originate from outside of the US. [IMG]
Stripe is a little gentler in its fees here, charging a total of 3.9% in addition to its $0.30 fixed fee

On top of all, both Stripe and Paypal have pretty bad currency exchange rates.[IMG]

What happens if you’re testing an MVP, growing your trial or straight sale offer and you need a reliable partner that doesn’t give you the fear of having your legs cut out from under you in the midst of a high ROI campaign? [IMG]

Whether you are growing your trial or straight sale offer, or you’re already a high roller, below is a list of what Twispay can do for you:

We are able to process Visa and Mastercard payments worldwide and provide settlement in multiple currencies at very competitive rates. We can offer our services either isolated as an Acquiring Bank and/or as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) with our in-house developed Gateway.

Our Gateway is seamlessly integrated with various e-commerce platforms. Twispay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, which highlights our awareness of security and corresponds to the highest industry standards.

Early-Starter? Twispay is start-up friendly. There is no merchant account too small to be in a position to onboard and negotiate a fair deal commission structure and provides multiple payout currencies and accounts so that you don’t have to exchange currency as you normally do with Stripe, Paypal, etc. [IMG]

With regards to the commission structure, due to our own acquiring bank, we are able to provide high-competitive rates, plus, a variety of supported payment methods for European merchants and not only. Soon to come: WeChatPay and AliPay which gives you access to over 100 mln. traveling customers.

With honest rates, clear pricing, and quick integrations with all of the most popular e-commerce software solutions out there, you can start collecting money real fast handling worldwide transactions and orders.

Historically, some payment providers have been known to lock merchants into lengthy contracts of two years or more. With Twispay, you can cancel anytime. And… did I forget to mention we have NO Setup Fee and NO Monthly Fees?

No middleman, no hassles: you sell online, you get paid.

From a technical point of view, there are three ways for you to take payment details from a customer:

Integrated Payment Page, details posted to your server. The smoothest checkout experience from your customer's point of view is to enter their payment details into a normal form on your site. Unfortunately, this is the least secure way of doing things, and you'd need to take very serious security precautions to remain PCI compliant. Unless you're making millions per year, this is not a solution for you.
iFrame or redirect. An alternative to taking payment details directly on your site is to include the checkout form inside a secure iFrame (within a page on your site) or redirect customers to a hosted-outside payment page. It's harder to get the payment form to match the rest of your website with these approaches, but they're also the most secure way of doing things.
Payment form on your site, details sent straight from the browser via a secure payment gateway (not via your server). This is a form of a middle-ground solution. This is actually how most modern payment gateways work, such as Stripe, for example. With Stripe, your customers can type in their card details into a form on your site, but the data is then taken directly to Stripe's server via a secure channel. The customer's credit card details never pass through your web server.
Need an easy way to receive payments for goods and services outside of a traditional online store purchase? It takes less than a minute to generate a Payment Link from within Twispay Dashboard (which is amazing) and you can instantly accept credit card transactions with it. Share payment links with your customers via email, Whatsapp, Facebook, & more.
Do you want to charge recurring payments? Useful if some of your products are subscription-based. Or perhaps you want to act as a marketplace and take payments on behalf of sellers who are listing their products on your site. We got that covered too!

For how long have you been in business? Are these 3rd party accounts, means several merchants share the same account?
