Looking for a mascot/toon for a blog

    I know there used to be a guy around here (named tabong or something) that did incredible toons for a pretty reasonable price but I haven't seen him post in a long time. I was wondering if there are any others around here that are both skillful and reasonable when it comes to making toons.
