Looking for a lite cms with an RSS parser/aggregator

    Hi guys,

    Looking for a lite cms that can read an RSS feed. I don't want the full article to link to the external site however, I want it all contained in one site with just the source as the parsed website.

    Any ideas? Or could anyone make this? if so, how much?

    No one have any idea? I know wordpress can but I'm looking for something a little lighter.
