I have several websites saved in my favorites. Many of them list directories by category. The lists are growing That being said, I need a list of directories that meet these requirements:

#1, Search Engine friendly type URL's.
#2, Free to submit.
#3, NO Regular links with reciprocal (either free or move on).
#4, Will accept your site no matter what(unless hate crime or adult material).
