Looking for a List/Directory of Article Submission Sites

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good directory or listing of article submission services out there? Maybe one with reviews? There are literally thousands of them when I search Google, but I'm looking for something more organized. Thanks ahead of time!

Are you looking more towards software or having someone do a blast for you or having someone do manual submission to the top sites (usually the ones with anti spam measures that aren't covered by software or blasts)? It really depends on what exactly you want IMO as there will be different tools, people and price points depending on the factors I mentioned.
