Buying Looking for a linkbuilder who can build cheap links

    I'm looking for the following -

    A linkbuilder who can build cheap links in bulk volume - I'm looking for between 200 - 300 links in a month.

    I need really low prices per link rather than high quality.

    The links do not have to be on theme/contextual - any site is ok as long as it is indexed by google.

    I want links placed in footers (but not sitewide).

    I want links just placed on pages of html sites, I want some in content links and some wordpress blogpost links (in both old posts and some in new posts).

    I do not want article submissions, press releases, directory submissions or anything like that.
