    Hello I'm looking for a link builder. I want a person NOT a company. Please send me your brief and hourly rate. I want you to build very on topic and hight quality links on an easy niche. I don't want packages.
    Please if you can tell me what tools do you have to make your work faster and better.
    I'll hire you for 10 hours / month first month and I'll look for a long term relationship (serious) I'll increase the hours every month.
