I am living in Germany. I bought a graphic card on Ebay US, for 700$ in 16th October 2012. The seller sent me a scrap part in 8th of November 2012. Immediately I have made a claim to PayPal. They said "Until 6th of December we will contact you for any other information". The website of PayPal did not allowed me to upload any information. Until 6th - nothing happed from PayPal, just the seller put the same auction using a different user !! In 8th of December Daniel Liebermann from PayPal Germany asked me to send him the link from where I have bought the card (!?) and nothing more. I sent him the link and after two days he ask me the same question. I thought that is something wrong, but after a time I understood that he have done it in purpose because PayPal have no solution, they knew exactly the result. I have sent him again the link and after two days I received the conclusion ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Notification of Case Resolution Dear xxx We have concluded our investigation into this case. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to decide this claim in your favor. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- How nice ! Northing about what I have done wrong, where was the mistake. Just 5 words !! Everywhere - in a court, a policeman - they are saying where was the mistake, but not Daniel Liebermann. Of course the seller was encouraged by PayPal (weak employee as Daniel Liebermann) and continued to sell another 3 times the same video card GTX 690, using different uses. Sometimes Ebay deleted these auctions. I have all conversation on my email account. I will try first to find an lawyer, if is not working, who knows ...
Hello! I am writing you just to give you a big support.I live inBiH,and I had similar expearance,with paypal. Infront of thair eyes ,one guy robbed me ,I open a claim,didn"t help.It was so clear,so pure case,but they didn" t make any move to help me.They just let it go! To go on court,it is to small money,but I still fill robbed,and man, I am so angry on paypal. Good luck,take them whatever you can. Mladen
Litigation will be very expensive, I can understand your anger, but it is water under the bridge just forget about it and move on.
You can always have a lawyer call them, as that should get their attention. Expect to pay some $ for that though.
