Looking for a Joomla Designer

I want to build a simple Real Estate Investing website using Joomla. The goal of the website is to attract buyers/sellers of real estate property.


I already have joomla installed and have bought several templates from Joomla Shack. I basically need someone to design my site. Here are some sample examples of some REI Joomla sites:
