Looking for a Image Hosting Script with the following features....

    - ability to tag images ,and display all images of a particular tag

    - fully functional search gallery feature

    - should also have the ability of registration feature as well as can upload images without registering.

    free or paid script , anything will do as long as its simple usage for admin area.
