    I am a web designer and have been working on the wordpress integration for a year. I also have a dedicated team working in various cms. I work on an hourly basis with a pay of $12 per hour.

    It is so simple to convert HTML to WordPress -- why hire it out? ThemeFoundry did the original and best tutorial on this, with fairly regular updates (see here.)
